SECTION 1 — Booking & Process

  • Start with a free 15-minute call. We review your goals, wardrobe, and what you are using the photos for. From there, we schedule the session and you receive a prep guide before you arrive. Individual sessions are held at the studio. Team sessions are on-site at your office.

  • Individual sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes from arrival to image selection. You select your final images before you leave. Team sessions are scoped per headcount — most team members are photographed in 15 to 20 minutes each.

  • Every session is tethered. Each frame appears on a large monitor in real time so you can see exactly what is being captured. I direct your expression through every shot. You are never guessing what to do or waiting weeks to find out what worked.

  • Retouched files are delivered within five business days. Images are provided in multiple formats and crops for LinkedIn, your website, press use, and internal directories.

  • Yes. Review the headshot prep guide before your session. It covers wardrobe, grooming, and what to do the morning of your appointment.

SECTION 2 — Pricing

  • Individual sessions are priced per final image. The rate starts at $495 per person and includes the session, expression coaching, tethered shooting, same-day image selection, and professional retouching. There are no hidden fees.

  • Team sessions start at $250 per person for groups of up to five. Rates decrease for larger groups. For a full pricing breakdown, request a custom team quote.

  • Yes. Professional retouching is included for every final image selected. No additional retouching fee applies to your included images.

SECTION 3 — Locations & Logistics

  • The primary studio is in North Jersey. A second studio is available in Midtown Manhattan on West 31st Street between Broadway and 5th Avenue. Individual sessions are held at one of these two studio locations.

  • For corporate team sessions, yes. I bring a complete portable studio to your office anywhere in the NJ and NYC metro area including Morristown, Jersey City, Hoboken, Midtown Manhattan, and the Financial District. Individual sessions are studio-based only.

  • Yes. The Midtown Manhattan studio on West 31st Street serves individual executives in New York City directly. Corporate team sessions are available on-site at any Manhattan office location.

  • Yes. Individual sessions for Morristown-area professionals are held at the North Jersey studio, about 20 to 30 minutes from Morristown. Corporate team sessions are on-site at your Morristown office.

  • Yes. Individual sessions for Jersey City professionals are held at the North Jersey studio, about 35 to 45 minutes away. Corporate team sessions are on-site at your Jersey City office.

SECTION 4 — Individual Executive Sessions

  • Every session includes a 15-minute pre-session consultation call, calibrated studio lighting, expression coaching through every frame, tethered shooting with real-time monitor review, same-day image selection, and retouched files delivered within five business days in multiple formats.

  • Solid colors work best. Deep blues, charcoal, and jewel tones photograph well under studio lighting. Avoid busy patterns, thin stripes, and loud prints. Bring two to three outfit options. Full wardrobe guidance is in the prep guide.

  • No. Expression coaching is built into every session. It is not your job to know what to do in front of a camera — that is my job. The tethered setup means you can see every frame in real time and we adjust immediately if something is not working.

  • Yes. Every session includes files formatted specifically for LinkedIn profile use, along with other crops for your website, press materials, and internal directories.

SECTION 5 — Corporate Team Sessions

  • We start with a consultation call to review your current team page and scope the session. On the session day, I arrive at your office with a complete portable studio — backdrop, lighting, and all equipment. Each team member gets a dedicated time slot and expression coaching. Retouched images are delivered within five business days.

  • There is no hard cap. Sessions are scoped based on your team size and the time available. Most teams of 10 to 20 people are completed in a half-day. Larger groups may require a full day. Contact me for a quote specific to your headcount.

  • Each team member receives the prep guide in advance covering wardrobe and grooming. Beyond that, no preparation is required. I handle setup, lighting, and coaching on the day.

  • The minimum is three people for Premium and Signature tier sessions. Classic tier sessions require a minimum of five people.

  • This depends on how the existing photos were taken. In most cases, matching a prior style exactly is not possible across different lighting setups and cameras. The more reliable approach is a full team refresh on a single standard. I can review your existing photos on our consultation call and advise.

  • Every session is tethered — you see each frame on a large monitor as it is taken, not weeks later when you open a gallery. Expression coaching is built into every shot rather than offered as an optional add-on. The process is repeatable and planned before the session begins, which means the result is predictable rather than dependent on chance.

  • No. Eclipse Headshots focuses exclusively on executive and corporate headshot photography. No weddings, pets, or family sessions. That focus is what makes the process repeatable and the results consistent.

  • Individual executives, founders, and senior professionals at career inflection points — a new role, board appointment, speaking engagement, or rebrand. And corporate HR and marketing teams who need consistent imagery for the full team in a single session.
